kazu.host

the uber fast webhost powered by h2o

At kazu.host we strive to offer the best possible performance, literally.

Mainly, we use a webserver called h2o, created by Kazuho Oku and many contributers,
which is currently flying under the radar, most people opting in for nginx or caddy instead.

We chose h2o because it offers features other webservers lack or have poor implementation for,
like http/3, CASPer, brotli and quic. The webserver is also very efficient, even more than nginx,
and has mruby capacities for fine grained rewrite rules or anti ddos behaviour.

Next to a stellar webserver, our hardware is one of the best in the industry,
we rely only on AMD Ryzen 7950X processors, with DDR5-4800 memory, NVME PCIE4 disks,
and a very good active-active routed premium 10gbit/s network connection with great anti-ddos filters.

At the moment, this service is non profit and for selected websites only,
feel free to ask for ftps/sftp access to your own space on Mastodon.

Mailservice(mailcow), nameservers(coredns), MySQL(MariaDB) and php8 included
